Venue location
The event will take place at the China Import and Export Fair Pazhou Complex in 380 YueJiang Zhong Road, GuangZhou, China.
- You may take metro line No. 2 to the Xingang Dong station and access the venue from Exit A.
If you take metro line No. 1, you can transfer to metro line No. 2 at Gongyuan Qian station.
- If you drive to the venue, you can get to Xingang Dong Road via Guangzhou Bridge, Jiangwan Bridge, Haiyin Bridge and Huangzhoe Bridge.
You can also get to the venue via Huangpu Avenue or Huanan Thruway.
(Huangzhoe Bridge and Huanan Thruway are chargeg highways.
Space assignment procedure
- Download exhibitor's registration form, complete it, sign it and stamp it and send it back to Our Metals.
- Make the full payment within 7 working days after submitting your registration forms. Payments can be made by major credit cards or bank transfer.
- Upon receipt of both the registration forms and related fee, Our Metals will provide the exhibitor a copy of recognition letter to confirm his participation.
- The allocation of booth is based on the principle of "first come, first serve". Therefore, please submit your registration form and remit your participation fee at your earliest convenient time.
Exhibition fees
- No equipment is provided with the raw space. If you would like to get special booth decoration, please apply in advance.
- Raw space: $350/m2 from 36m2 in brand hall. $3.5/m2 constructing administrative fee in exhibition area.
- Standard booth: International Pavilion $3,500 /9m2.

Freight and exhibits transportation
- Exhibitors are requested to obtain Move-out passes with their business cards at the Information Desk alter 13:00, on 26 June 2008.
- Except with special aproval from the Host, no additional exhibits are allowed to enter the exhibition hall once the fair has oppened, No exibits are
allowed to be taken away from the hall before the Fair ends.
Exhibitors must obtain a move-out permission to move out their exhibits at the endd of the fair.
- Exhibitors may use light trolleys to deliver hand-carried items, liglt exhibits or displays to the exhibitim stands.
Security
- The Host is responsible for the general serurity of the ertire venue. Every effort will be made to ensure the safe custody of exibits during the
exhibition, but the Host is not responsible for any loss or damage which might occur.
- Exhibitors are obliged to the safety of their own exibits during the Move-in/Move-out period. To avoid any loss or damages, exhibitors may hire a
sectrity guard if necessary.
- All valuable goods and showcases should be locked properly at all times.
- Please make sure that there are sufficient staff at the stand to watch the exhibits at all times.
Private belongings should be well kept by the exhibitor himself.
- If suspects are found, please contact the Host or the security guard in the exhibition hall immediately.
- No exhibits of high value should be left behind after the fair and exhibitors are self-responsible for their exhibits.
Insurance & liability
- All exhibitors shall insure, indemnity and hold the Host and the venue owner harmless in respect of all costs, claims, demands and expenses of the
exhibitor upon any person or things at the exhibition value during the move-in, exhibition and move-out periods.
- Exhibitors are strongly advised to insure their exhbits or other valuable properties against theft, loss or damage including the risk of fire.
They should also provide an insurance coverage for their own staff against injury.
- The Host shall not in any event be held responsible for any restrictions or conditions which prevent the construction, erection, completion, alteration
and dismantling cf stand, rc for any of the services or amenities provided at the exhibition centre or amend and alterations to all or any of the Rules and
Regulations caused by the circummstances beyond the Host's control.
- The host keeps the rights for the cancelations, partial opening or post of the exhibition.
